Cabbage Palms was the first and most famous example of this prefab apartment tower design. Initially the tower was a desired place to live, new, clean and safe. But neglect and a reduced maintenance budget has stripped the tower of its charm.

This kit contains one extra floor for the Cabbage Palms building. Perfect to make the smaller cousin of Peach Trees.
